One more Zumba class and One more Kettlercise...
Only did half of Level 1 - 6 Week Sick-Pack, that is pathetic! I’ll do it tomorrow as well now.
Friday and Sunday are my rest days because those are the days I’m spending with my boy. Exercise plan for the rest of the week and next:
Thursday 1st- 6 Week Six-Pack
Saturday 3rd- 6 Week Six-Pack
Monday 5th- Zumba + 6 Week Six-Pack or Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
Tuesday 6th-...

This morning when i stepped on the scales i was 123.8lbs that 8st 12lbs! wooohoo :D if i can be 8st 10lbs by March 9th, well I’ll be one happy Ashley.
Going to do 6 week Six-Pack as many days as i can and also include Zumba and kettlercise, which i do every Monday and Tuesday and we shall see what the results are next Wednesday! Starting to like my body the more i tone up.

Yes yes i know, bad Ashley! because i know it’s really good for the body and the soul. Maybe i shall try Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown. I’m hoping it gives me better control and focus but i know it will be intense and seeing as i love cardio i think the two put together will be perfect for me.
