This morning when i stepped on the scales i was 123.8lbs that 8st 12lbs! wooohoo :D if i can be 8st 10lbs by March 9th, well I’ll be one happy Ashley. You know what guys, I've posted quite a few yoga...
Yes yes i know, bad Ashley! because i know it’s really good for the body and the soul. Maybe i shall try Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown. I’m hoping it gives me better control and focus but i know it will be intense and seeing as i love cardio i think the two put together will be perfect for me.
