It's absolutely mad to think that in one month...
It’s absolutely mad to think that in one month, if i can manage to lose 6lbs i could be 1 stone lighter! I can’t even begin to think of the time i was 11 stone. Yet now it seems so in my grasp and i can’t get my head around it. 6 little pounds (though of fat that’s not so little) to melt off my body and I’d be 154lbs! this is so crazy. So much motivation to do it...
On a happier note!
I can get in a workout today and burn off 300cals !! Which hopefully will feel great to do. This sounds odd but i miss the feeling of sweat running down my neck because that’s when you know you’re working hard.
