Day Twenty - Favorite diet?
(I’m sorry that I’m lagging behind on this….it may not be everyday but i still want to do it.) So i don’t have a favourite diet, i just eat between 1200 and 1300 a day and try not to go over this. There are odd days that i do but i don’t beat myself up about it to much, i just increase my workout for the next day.
