Weight in update.
Because i forgot to mention it yesterday.
Last week i was: 147.4lbs (10st 7lbs)
Today i am: 145lbs (10st 5lbs)
Also measurement update since the last time i measured;
Waist: 30.5” (Half an inch lose)
Hips: 37” (Half an inch lose)
Upper arm: 11” (Half an inch lose)
Thighs: 22.5” (1 inch lose)
Calf: 15” (Forever the same)
Bust: 38” (2 inch...
Weight in day.
Pah like everyday isn’t weight in day but this is the day i officially record it. So last week i was 149.2 lbs and i thought i would be 10st 9lbs forever.
As of today i am 148.2 lbs, 10st 8lbs. May only be a pound but atleast it’s moving in the right direction again! and as everyone knows, even if it’s only a pound, ever pound adds up to something big.
Finally out of the 150's!
Phew! 149.2lbs (: and still going, i know i can do this and i can’t wait to show everyone what i have achieved. BRING ON CHRISTMAS!!!
I can't wait to lose another 10 pounds.
